Everyday objects, common handles, familiar textures - constantly accompanied and surrounded by objects, processes or interactions, we often perceive their acoustic properties only incidentally. This semester, we stayed at home and, by listening, gained a new perspective on our immediate, familiar surroundings.

The result is an ensemble of sound generating objects and spatial installations. On this website, the distance of our very own "chamber tones" is removed by the visitor: Simultaneous playback of the videos in the desktop version allows individual scores from material sounds.
